Processing & Production Times

Because all items are handmade and customized, production time is required before your order ships.

Estimated turnaround times:

  • Standard Orders: 3–7 business days
  • Custom Design Orders: 5–7 business days
  • Bulk & Team Orders: 1–3 weeks

Please note that turnaround times are estimates and may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and handed to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Shipping method selected at checkout
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or holiday conditions

Please remember:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has shipped

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for an additional fee depending on current workload and product availability.

Please contact us before placing your order to confirm rush availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor delivery status.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Chatterbox Creations is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
