RETURN POLICY
At Chatterbox Creations, we take pride in creating quality custom apparel and products made just for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible non-custom items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Because many of our items are custom made-to-order or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless:
• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• We made an error with your order
Please double check sizing, spelling, colors, and customization details before placing your order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
TURNAROUND TIME
Current turnaround time for custom apparel orders is approximately 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated. Large bulk orders may require additional production time.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
